A few weeks ago I went to Creative Memories National Scrapbook Day along with my Daughter, my daughters friend and Ms. L. Had lots of fun and I did get a lot of pages done too.
Group photo. Here are a few layout of Opies first year (well only half the year done). The layouts are very simple.
The striped checked paper is from Basic Greys Max & Whiskers collection. Solid papers are all Bazzill basics paper. A large area is where I did some journaling. The arrow stamp is from Kelly Panacci clear stamps from the Memo and FYI sets. The puppy paw stamp is one of the $1.00 stamps from Jo-ann's. On the arrow are two paws that are stickers that I purchased from Target (EK Success).
The paper I used is from DCWV "The Pets Stack". I did some fussy cutting of one the papers that had some large images. I used some pop dots to give them some left, but not too much. The sentiment is from a sticker pack called "Sticker Expressions Pets" from Tapestry. I bought those at Big Lot a long time ago.
The stripped paper is a sheet from the Pets Stack and Bazzill paper. The wording was fussy cut from one of the papers from the Pets Stack.
For the journal area I used labels eight and eighteen. Papers are from the Pets Stack.
I'm not sure what company the this blue paper came from. Bo Bunnys Back to Back to Bacis or Basic Grey Max & Whiskers. The banner was made by using one of the circle images from the FYI/Memo clear stamp set by Kelly Panacci, Opie spelled out using Inkadinkado clear alpha set and the flowers to connect the circles are from a sicker sheet from the Max & Whiskers collection.
The blue paper on the rest of the layouts are from the Max & Whiskers collection. The dog images are fussy cut from DCWVs Pet Stack, journal spots, large flower and border sticker are the Max & Whiskers sicker.
These were just a few of the finished layouts. I still have more photos to add to Opies book.
Opie is doing good. Loves his walks in the neighborhood and enjoys it when people come up to pet him. A very sociable little guy.
He is tell me it is time to go outside. I agree too. It is too nice to be inside. "This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it". Psalms 118:24
Have a nice weekend and Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's.
