Our Quick Drive Up to Northern California

Sharing some photos of my trip up to Northern California, Yolo County.

Spent time with family for Thanksgiving.

A couple of photos taken from the car driving thru Sacramento, the American River.

The water tower for the University of Davis. Go Aggies!

The next series of photos were taken on a walk along a greenbelt. It is a beautiful greenbelt that connects the collage, downtown and neibhborhoods. You can walk, run and bike your way.

The weather was beautiful, sunny and cold. A very nice change from Southern California.

Some large dominos that make a fun photo shot.

Rows of grape vines.  Very pretty.

Way in the background there is a home.  The lake was filled with geese and ducks.

Our early morning drive back home.

Hubby, Opie and I had a lovely visit and Thanksgiving.
So much to be thankful for.

Weather for this week, some rain.  It did rain for Sunday.  It was perfect weather for putting up  Christmas decorations and watching some football.   Have a wonderful week everyone.

Blessings!

Looks like a lovely trip! We had gone to St. Augustine and Gainesville, Florida, and it was cold there too! We were surprised by 39 and 34 degree mornings! I've been posting most of our pics on Facebook. Maybe I can get a few on the blog tomorrow.
XOXO- Julie
