Gardening In December

The pansies and the nasturtiums add some needed punch of color to the back yard.  Trimming back the roses, it looks bare out there.

Our Alpine strawberries are starting to fruit.  We really need to thin out this area.  The plants have sent out so many runners this time.

Pillow Fight roses.  I edited the photo using on of the i-phone filters for a soft look.  It kind of gives a winter look.

Lovely to see the colours in your garden when mine looks so dull. That is a lovely wintery effect to your rose. You should join in my 'Through the Garden Gate' series each month, it is so interesting to compare gardens in different parts of the World. Sarah x
