First Day Of Spring

Sharing some photos of my garden.
I have some pretty pops of color in my little garden and it has helped brighten up my soul right now.
I hope you are all doing okay.
My prayers go out to everyone.

One of the borage plants from this summer has continued to bloom even through the winter. We have mild winters her in my zone 10.  I have trimmed the old blooms to make way for some new growth.     Today, rain with some pops of sun.  Can you see the Ladybug.

The borage is growing right next to my pink iceberg rose bush. The bees are very happy too.
Pincushion flower and in the background is a Sweet William.

I have a few Larkspurs that have started to bloom this week.  Next year, I need to sow more.

What a beautiful purple color.

A lovely pink too.

Sometimes one sprig can make a lovely arrangement.

Most of my fall/winter have bolted.  I have just left them alone.  As long as they are healthy, I will let them flower for the bees.  The ladybugs are benefitting from it also.  I see them tucked the lettuce, parsley and spinach.  There are quit a few clusters of their eggs.

A beautiful green bouquet of spinach and Swiss chard.

Now for some Pansies and Violets

I have pressed a few.  I will let you know how they turn out.

Thank you for visiting and I hope to post more photos soon.  Take care and God Bless.
